Checking out new social networking site, Microsoft's Socl

So.cl  is a new social networking site recently opened by Microsoft.  Interesting features included here.  The option to reveal public searched data using Microsoft's Bing network.  You do have the option to disable this and make searches private, however.  Search activity provides an interesting collage of information at the everyone - posts feed which reminds me of a Chrome plug-in called Stumble Upon.  Giving people interested in exploring sites they might not have readily thought to search on their own based upon user entries.  Interesting and different concept here.  Also So.cl offers a video parties channel.  Different from google plus's feature here which allows users to assemble video playlist and users in group to add videos here, making for collaborative video playlists compilations.  While Youtube, indigenously offers the users the ability to create their own video playlists either from the user generated database or their own likewise, Microsoft adds a slight twist to this providing a user group interactivity to this concept.

I hadn't fully investigated other features which appear similar at first glance relative to social networking basics...like wall feeds, profile, following, and so sort features.

Sites clunky and difficult in so far as posting from my vantage.  One between the the share to so.cl button, and then posting and linking, couldn't get hyperlinks to add here.  In fairness, to wait and try again at some point later.
